Founded by Vancouver local Sangita Bath, Benni & Co. proudly showcases female-owned brands and uplifts the next generation of makers in the pet industry. One of the shop’s standout features? A full treat wall stocked with healthy dog snacks made by young entrepreneurs from the Vancouver area. Every product in the store has a story, and Benni & Co. is here to celebrate them all. Bonus: your pup’s new favourite treat might just be the handmade frozen strawberry Benniccino.
Originally launched online in 2021, Benni & Co. was founded by Sangita, an experienced e-commerce professional with over 15 years in business management. After leaving her corporate career, she opened the first brick-and-mortar Benni & Co. Pet Store location in September 2024, in the heart of Kitsilano on West 4th Avenue.
Today, Sangita not only runs her growing pet boutique but also serves as a business consultant. Her store has become an entrepreneurial hub, thoughtfully curated with local, women-owned brands and featuring new, emerging creators in the pet industry.
