Carla Krikorian is a Quebec entrepreneur, founder of Carla Kay Fitness, and international expert in abdominal diastasis (diastasis recti), postpartum and prenatal health. Based in Montreal, she is now recognized as a pioneer in this still little-known field.
After experiencing postpartum complications that went untreated, Carla Krikorian decided to make abdominal diastasis her mission. Since May 2023, she has built a community of more than 4 million women around the world and has helped more than 165,000 mothers in Quebec and internationally to regain a functional abdomen, better posture, and self-confidence without surgery, thanks to natural, accessible, and safe methods.
The first Montrealer to make abdominal diastasis a large-scale education and prevention mission, Carla Krikorian is a committed speaker who regularly gives lectures to tell her story and raise public awareness of this reality, which is still too little known, both in Quebec and worldwide.
She is also the founder of the Carla Kay Foundation – Women First, whose mission is to break the silence surrounding postpartum issues and support women in regaining their confidence, identity, and feminine power beyond their role as mothers. The Carla Kay Foundation’s first official event will take place on March 1 in Laval, bringing together 300 women with the goal of creating a tangible impact, collective awareness, and a genuine movement of female support.
Carla Kay works every day to give women back power over their bodies, their health, and their confidence.
